Jeff Edwards

A long time member of the ABCRA, Jeff resides in Tumblong.

Jeff has a wealth of knowledge around the sport of Rodeo, matched by a desire to the Judges Panel succeed.

Mick Gray

A 44 year involvement with the ABCRA and a judge of 25 years ensures Tamworth cowboy Mick Gray has the experience required for the National Judges Panel.

The former roughstock competitor and current event official aims to continue to unify competition rules and improve their format, for ease of understanding by competitors and event officials.

Along with his wife Sharon, Mick has three children and 3 grandchildren. Mick also enjoys his small bucking bull breeding program with son Bradie.

Campdraft National Judges Panel

Ben Rossiter

A Grazier and Civil Engineer from Tamworth, Ben Rossiter has been an active member of the association since he was 14 years old. Ben’s wife Emma, and three boys Cade, Blake and Beau are all also keen Campdraft and Rodeo competitors. 

With 7 years of judging experience, Ben’s vision while on the National Judges Panel is to support other judges and mentor new judges who are coming through the ranks. He would also like to educate competitors to understand what judges are looking for. 

Horses, cattle and rural life consume most of Ben’s time. The competitive campdrafter says his career highlight was winning the Feature Novice in a 600 plus strong field at Armidale on his good mare Kelly. 

With decades of industry knowledge to his name, Ben is a valuable asset to the National Judges Panel.

Al Sullivan

Residing in Manilla NSW, Al Sullivan lives with his wife Kate and two boys Joe and Jack.

Al has been an active member of the association for over 25 years, and furthermore, has been an accredited judge of the ABCRA for 20 years.

Al says his goals for his position on the National Judges Panel include; getting more people into judging while promoting confidence and knowledge to get people started in the field.

Al’s passion for the industry and years of experience make him a respected member of the National Judges Panel.

Jack Gallagher

With the belief that campdrafting is truly the greatest family sport, Jack Gallagher has been a member of the Association for 45 years. His wife Mandy, and children Katrina and Brieanna, all enjoy competing also.

The Farm Manager from Bundarra has been an accredited judge for the last 45 years. Jack says his goal for his position on the National Judges Panel is to introduce video trainings to help judges understand run content, rules, etc. that will give beginner judges more confidence in the field.

With 45 years of industry knowledge and several competition titles, Jack will be a true asset to the National Judges Panel and we look forward to following his journey.

Tim Hollis

Stock and station agent Tim Hollis has been involved with the ABCRA his entire life. Together with his wife Amanda, children Amelia & Henry, this family calls Gunnedah NSW home. A judge since he was old enough to be eligible, Tim’s goal as a part of the NJP is to help mentor up-and-coming judges while providing support for existing judges, for consistent quality.

Tim is a renowned quality competitor and judge, making him a true asset to the Panel.
