Updated Youth Travel Requirements
Safeguarding in sport involves protecting children, young people and adults from abuse. Whether you’re a coach, administrator, athlete, volunteer, parent or official, you have a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our competitors.
Every child and young person deserves to feel safe, supported and protected from harm while participating in sport.
Due to the requirements around youth travel, there is now a new field in iCompete when entering a competitor aged 17 and under for events asking for the name, number and relationship to the person they will be travelling with. If entering multiple youth competitors, this field will need to be filled in for each member.
